Trading in foreign currencies
Trading in foreign currencies and investing in derivatives (CFDs) have unexpected results and can lead to loss as well as profit. Trading in foreign currencies and derivatives is not convenient for many people, and is suitable only for those with risky capital. This site does not take into account the specific investment objectives, financial situation or any specific requirements of the individuals using it. You should consider your financial position and consult your financial advisors regarding the appropriateness of your financial position before making any investment or entering into any commercial transactions.
CFDs
CFDs is an agreement between the customer and Middle East where the parties at the end of the contract settle the difference between the opening price of a position, whether a stock position, indices or commodities, and the closing price. The amount of any gain or loss arising from the difference contracts will be equal to the difference between the index price at the opening of the CFD and the price of the index at the close of this contract multiplied by the number of index or commodity contracts.
Long CFDs
Long-term CFDs means the purchase of CFDs after the deposit of margin required to sell at a higher price. In this case, the customer is defined as the party that purchased the indicators or goods (the buyer's party), and the company is defined as the selling party.
Customer Buyer Party
When a customer is the buyer's party, it often earns profits when the price of the index or commodity is raised as long as its position remains open. On the contrary, the customer will bear the loss if the index or commodity price falls as long as its position remains open. The customer may lose the full value of the contract in question at the time of the purchase, multiplied by the number of CFDs, so potential customer losses may exceed the total value of the initial deposit margin (and any additional deposits) that the customer has deposited in the company. The company may be forced to close client positions in the worst possible time.
Short-term CFDs
Short-term CFDs means that the customer sells CFDs on the financial market after placing the required margin amount with a view to repurchasing them at lower prices. In this current the customer is defined as the party that sold the shares or indicators (the selling party), and the company is defined as the buyer's party. When a customer is the selling party, it often profits when the price of the index or commodity is reduced as long as its position remains open. On the contrary, the customer will bear the loss if the price of the index or commodity is increased as long as the position remains open. Theoretically, there is no limit to how high the value of the relevant contract is in the financial market and therefore potential client losses are similarly limited.
